Management of High-Risk Relapsed/Refractory Pediatric Neuroblastoma Novel Agents and Patient Perspectives for Advanced Practitioners

In this accredited CME activity, produced in collaboration with Solving Kid’s Cancer, top experts discuss the latest medical science on high-risk relapsed/refractory pediatric neuroblastoma. Resolving Unmet Treatment and Quality-of-Life Needs of Patients with Recurrent Endometrial Cancer

Clinicians are invited to earn 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ in this 60-minute, expert-led presentation evaluating the relevance of histology and molecular testing to facilitate treatment decision-making, assessing the clinical-trial evidence of new and practice-changing therapies for the management of recurrent endometrial cancer, and discussing strategies to monitor and manage treatment-emergent adverse events associated with current and emerging regimens. Managing Insomnia: Guidelines, Evidence, Safety and What Matters to Patients and Their Families

We collaborated with The Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine to produce a 60-minute virtual presentation that provides clinicians the latest on understanding the impact of insomnia on the performance, relationships and psychological behaviors of individuals and other members of the household and recommendations for the management of insomnia. Additionally, the expert panel discussed the limitations and safety concerns of medications traditionally used to treat insomnia, and new treatment approaches that target the orexin pathways and align with patient expectations and management goals. 2020 LUGPA Crossfire Series: Private Equity (PE): Fad or Future?

LUGPA has been a key partner in 2020, collaborating with us to produce nearly a dozen virtual presentations in the LUGPA Virtual Crossfire Series. The LUGPA Virtual Crossfire Series has covered clinical and practice topics along with administrative and management matters important to LUGPA members. The expert panelists engage in a discussion on private equity that aims to provide value to clinicians and their practice. This program aired live giving the audience the opportunity to submit questions and have them discussed by the expert panelists during the event. The program is broken up into 4 short chapters, Chapter 1: What is new in digital technology to help me use insulin to treat my diabetes?, Chapter 2: What are insulin smart pens and could they be useful to me?, Chapter 3: Could continuous glucose monitoring be right for me?, and Chapter 4: Pumps: What do they do, and should I consider one?. The faculty, which will include a person with diabetes, prioritizes dialog and exchange about the place of diabetes technology in 2021 diabetes care, and shares strategies to address questions from patients when discussing whether a pump, a pen or a CGM is an option for care.
